There was a time in Israel’s history where the walls of Jerusalem became nothing more than a pile of debris. But it was more than just the walls – the political, social and spiritual conditions of Jerusalem lay in ruins as well.
Through the vision of a man named Nehemiah, the children of Israel saw the walls of Jerusalem restored. In the heart of God, rebuilding the walls was more than just putting together stone and mortar; it was about restoring the dignity of a nation.
